The Respecting Privacy in Global Networks conference will be hosted in Guernsey on Wednesday 11 th April 2007 by the Data Protection Commissioner Guernsey in conjunction with sponsors Carey Olsen and Newtel Solutions.

Guernsey is an island in the Channel Islands situated 30 miles west of the coast of France and 75 miles off the south coast of England. The island is approximately 24 square miles in size and has a population of approximately 60,000 people. Guernsey boasts fantastic scenery, beautiful walks and cycle routes and a wealth of activities to enjoy. The island also offers stunning views from the cliffs and is well known for its award winning beaches.
